You may also complete the general upkeep of aesthetics, such as painting and landscaping. This position is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain knowledge in many aspects of maintenance and trades! Job Specifications: Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 / hour Shift and Schedule Availability: Full Time Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings Skill Level: Intermediate Other Specifics: Building Maintenance Job Responsibilities: Ensure that company assets are maintained and repaired Respond to requests from internal and external guests in a timely manner Prioritize work based on the needs of team, guests and the business Make recommendations and implement corrective actions to improve facilities Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Able and willing to work outside in all weather conditions while completing a variety of different tasks Strong communication, interpersonal and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Have a strong focus on a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Mechanical aptitude is an asset Suits a self-motivated person that enjoys a sense of accomplishment The expected pay range is $22.00 - $26.00.
