If you enjoy digging into data, building creative strategies, and helping junior employees, you could be a great fit. -You responsibilities include:Paid Search Advertising -Ideate, develop, and monitor campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with the help of your team. -Paid Social AdvertisingIdeate, develop, and monitor campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager with the help of your team. -Mentorship and TrainingHelp junior employees learn how to run effective campaigns.Process ImprovementIterate our fulfillment processes to build out more robust SOPs and systems. By taking ownership of client results, you'll have the opportunity to make a big difference. -Skills and RequirementsFacebook Ads Manager ExperienceYou must be able to demonstrate that you understand Facebook Ads in such a way that you can effectively manage campaigns for many clients. You should be able to show how, in previous situations, you used data to make decisions and optimize campaigns. -Google Ads ExperienceYou must be able to demonstrate that you understand Google Ads in such a way that you can effectively manage campaigns for many clients. You should be able to show how, in previous situations, you used data to make decisions and optimize campaigns.Experience with Simultaneous CampaignsYou should be willing and ready to manage many campaigns across several clients. To do so, you will need to be organized and efficient. -Detail OrientationWith this job, small details will make a huge difference in performance.
