WHAT YOU WILL DO: \n We are seeking an Data Center Repair
Technician (Breakfix) to join our data center operations team. This
role is focused on the physical repair and maintenance of data
center hardware, including servers, switches, routers, and related
components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
hardware from leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and
x86 server platforms. \n The pay range of this role is up to $26.45
- 31.25/ hr for day shift and $31.25 - $36.06/ hr for night shift.
\n This position involves rotational shifts to support 24/7/365
operations. \n This role may require up to 10% travel domestically
and internationally. \n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \n \n Perform
hands-on repairs and replacement of defective hardware components
in data center equipment, including power supplies, fans, and
network cards. \n Manage the lifecycle of hardware components, from
installation and troubleshooting to decommissioning and recycling.
\n Conduct physical inspections and routine maintenance on data
center equipment to ensure operational reliability. \n Oversee the
inventory management of spare parts and hardware components,
ensuring availability for repairs and upgrades. \n Collaborate with
technical teams to coordinate replacement activities and minimize
downtime during hardware failures. \n Document repair activities,
maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, and update system
configurations as necessary. \n Execute basic physical layer
troubleshooting, including cable and port testing, to ensure
connectivity and performance standards. \n Support the
implementation of new hardware installations and the physical setup
of network and server infrastructure. \n Participate in emergency
response teams to address urgent hardware issues \n 4 Rotational
shifts, for 24/7/365 service (8 to 10 hr. shifts; 3 to 4 days per
week; 2 to 3 days off) \n \n ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: \n \n Technical
diploma or certification in electronics, computer hardware, or a
related field or equivalent experience. \n Proven track record of
repairing and maintaining IT and network hardware in a data center
environment. \n Familiarity with hardware from Cisco, Juniper,
Arista, and x86 servers is highly preferred. \n Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
prioritize work effectively. \n Excellent problem-solving skills
and the capacity to perform well in a fast-paced environment. \n
Valid driver’s license and ability to handle physical requirements
of the job including lifting equipment up to 50 pounds. \n \n
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: \n \n Ability to lift and maneuver heavy
equipment, up to approximately 50 pounds, and occasionally up to
100 pounds. \n Dexterity to manage small and complex components
during hardware maintenance. \n Frequent standing, bending, and
moving within confined spaces in the data center. \n Ability to
work in various environmental conditions, including areas with
elevated temperatures and noise levels. \n \n EOS BENEFITS: \n At

employment \n 50% ($1,250) after 90 days of active employment \n \n
\n Please note that this bonus is contingent upon your continued
employment with EOS through each payment date. If employment ends
before either installment is paid, any unpaid portion will be
