Senior Manager FP&A

Job Description:

In this role, you will lead the corporate finance team and partner with the company's global leaders to support and drive financial success and long-range plans.
Responsibilities:
Working in tandem with business leaders across the organization, a successful candidate will be responsible for (1) owning the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process for the entire global business, (2) preparing consolidated and segment financial reporting and variance analysis, (3) preparing presentations for the Board of Directors, assisting with the development of quarterly earnings calls and SEC reporting (4) providing key insights, analysis, and recommendations to the CEO, CFO, CAO, and top management (5) managing the business intelligence team, providing direction, governance, and clarity around business reporting and analytics.

• Manage the company's strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting process, tools, and capabilities, ensuring team transparency and alignment.
  
• Collaborate with leadership teams to review financial performance against business plans and discuss actions to achieve overall financial objectives.
  
• Provide insightful and actionable analysis, reporting, and recommendations for driving sales and profitability and identify risks and opportunities to achieve financial goals.
  
• Implement financial best practices that improve FP&A processes, tools, and capabilities, enabling the finance team to support business leaders in achieving financial targets.
  
• Develop insightful financial models that support the company's long-range strategy.
  
• Build insightful and timely reporting and KPIs for critical strategic initiatives.
  
• Develop and manage the Business Intelligence team and roadmap that improves the company's capacity to drive insightful reporting.
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or similar business discipline with a minimum of 5+ years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    
  • MBA or CFA preferred.
    
  • At least two years of experience in an FP&A management role
    
  • Familiarity with IT systems and business intelligence
    
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally.
    
  • Ability to utilize financial data to diagnose business strengths and weaknesses and identify the implications for potential strategies.
    
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
    
  • A high degree of organizational skills.
    
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
    
  • Experience with Power BI, data visualization, DCF modeling, statistical analysis, break-even analysis, etc., desired
