We're looking for someone with grit, gratitude and curiosity to fill the role of Finance Analyst. You will be responsible for running the month close process, managing revenue collection, helping administer financial systems for a growing company, and providing insights into customer and company performance. You will be joining an awesome finance department reporting to the CFO and will have the opportunity to learn how a growing company scales its internal processes. SalesRabbit's goal is to build the best possible product for our clients, and your role is crucial in making that happen.

  • Strong Excel/GoogleSheets experience
  • Experience working within financial software platforms
  • Strong priority management skills
  • Ability to run processes consistently
  • Desire to learn and improve processes that you will work with on a daily basis
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Basic understanding of month close processes and accounting
  • 3+ years' experience of working on a Billing Analyst or similar accounting position
  • Familiarity with database structures is a plus
  • Good practical experience with electronic billing procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Responsibility-- close attention to detail-- ability to meet tight deadlinesHere's how you'll make an impact:
    
    • Bring insights from the financial processes optimize revenue/costs, increase retention and generally improve company performance
    • Own the preparation of the KPI and other business-driver reports
    • Assist in the preparation of all financial reports and bring insight to executives from those reports
